Canadian Art in Public Spaces  is a exhibition of works in Canada or by Canadians which documents how we as Canadians construct memory.  It also includes some images of other sites in France as a comparison to the Canada's most ellaborate memorial– the Vimy Ridge Memorial to World War I.

The primary focus of this site is on the work of Walter Allward, the architect and sculptor of the Vimy Ridge memorial and his contributions to Canadian memory.
